Lets go through main stages of the build work. From the pre-start meeting to completion.
We will cover 5 main stages.

First Stage: Pre-start meeting

You will meet with your future project manager who will assess your land. As you might already know, land needs to be in good condition before project can take place so that will have to go through an additional assessment. A senior member of our team will conduct a full on-site assessment to determine any predictable restrictions which may exist and the challenges you could face, should you wish to proceed with your new build development. Preparation is everything.

Second Stage: Planning permission

Whether your new build it to be on site with existing buildings or one that has never been built on before, you will require planning permission to construct a brand-new high quality property.

It all starts with the picture in your head, if you have one to then be put on the paper and drawn before you accept your project start date. Our team are here to support you throughout the planning process, from the production of all drawings required by your local planning office to managing complex applications.

Third Stage: Construct Process

First the site will be prepared for your build, foundations poured with concrete and rough framing built. Followed by plumbing, electrics heating and insulation. Interior walls will be finished and exterior work on walkways and driveways completed. Our home builders and team as a whole is professional, respectful, swift and they truly care about the quality of their workmanship.

Fourth Stage: Project management

A project manager will be allocated to you as your direct contact and connection to all build progress. Throughout the process you will be kept informed of progress and welcome to visit site with your project manager to access work. We appreciate the importance of deadlines and budget management and our project manager keeps us accountable to these targets.

Fifth Stage: Complete completion of completely new house!

Every property we build comes with a 15 years structural warranty, there will be documentation to support warranty once building is complete. These include control officer's certificate of completion alongside with all appliance warranties, all manufacturing documentation of materials used and documentation proofing that everything was built according to latest building legislation and to highest standard. We respect our customers and never cut corners.

You will be shown around the property and left to explore your dream come true after you are satisfied with the tour by your project manager on the completion!

So you now are the owner of the land that you plan to build your dream house on? We will consult you with the whole process including planning permission if required to get this job up and running and you towards a closer dream of your house built on the plot of land that you own.

Perfection taken care of

With a team that has built multiple houses from a complete zero before, your new build is in safe hands. From establishing what’s feasible, practical and affordable, to experienced planning application support, detailed drawings, elevations and plans, dedicated project management and building control officer liaison.

Complete end of something new

Every property that is new built - comes with multiple year structural warranty. There will be documentation provided to assure you of its structural performance. This will include control office's certificate of completion alongside all other certificates and warranties for gas and electrical installations, boiler and so on.
